1 frozen banana, broken into quarters
1 cup milk of choice (such as almond, dairy, soy, rice, etc)
3 tbs chai concentrate (such as Hari Har Chai Concentrate)
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. You can also make this using a small jug and a stick blender.
The frozen banana will result in the smoothie having the consistency of a thick shake. Top with a sprinkling of ground cinnamon and enjoy alongside a slice of toasted Fig, Hazelnut and Banana Bread.
